Our relationship with NFU Mutual stretches back to the very beginning of Mindset, 20 years ago. NFU Mutual is one of the UK's leading mutual insurers, with a product portfolio encompassing general insurance, pensions, and investments. Mindset has completed many projects during this time; we have undertaken work around proposition and service development, communications and evolving consumer attitudes and needs. From its origins in the early 20th century, NFU Mutual has had a special affinity with farmers and their insurance and financial services needs: consequently, a considerable proportion of the work we have undertaken has been with farming, agricultural and rural audiences.
